Dr. Bill Petri and his colleagues research malnutrition and undernutrition in the slums of Bangladesh, where people live in poverty we in the Western world can scarcely imagine. The researchers take young mothers and their children into the study and provide them with food and medical care. But after they had been doing it for a while, children began to age out of the study. Suddenly the young mothers began to worry: What will happen to me and my child? Will you abandon us?
Can you guess what happened? Hint: Dr. Petri and his colleagues are good people.
